It comprises 11 large workshops of 550 square feet served by double doors opening onto the front yard, 9 smaller workshops of 300 square feet served from a central corridor and 12 offices ranging in size from 150 to 390 square feet set in a two storey block. Also included in the Centre is a welcoming reception area, a resource area and a conference room which can accommodate up to 10 people boardroom style.

• The Centre has a full security alarm system and a CCTV system. The cost of this, along with the unit rent, business rates,rates, background heating, building insurance and general maintenance is included in the licence fee

• The Centre is fully managed and has "pay as you use" facilities available for resident business and casual users alike. This consists of a professional front-of-house service with telephone answering, messaging, word processing, spreadsheet and desk desktop publishing, fax and copy services.
